            The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

Eng. S. B. 505 - “A BILL to amend and reenact the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §11-14C-9a, relating to exempting from motor fuel excise tax certain uses of field gas; and defining field gas.”.
